Administration

The General settings pane provides system-wide configuration for your Pipedrive Utilities installation. Access it by navigating to Settings and selecting General from the dropdown.

Sections

Automation User

Designate which Pipedrive account the system uses for non-interactive API calls such as webhook-triggered form processing and Google Ads conversion uploads.

Failure Notifications

Configure email alerts via SMTP2GO so your team is notified when background operations fail – for example, when a Google Ads upload is rejected or n8n config sync fails.

Merge Logs

View a paginated history of all deal/person merges performed through the extension. Each log entry records the primary and secondary deals, person merge outcome, webhook results, and a full field snapshot for audit purposes.

Google Ads Logs

View a paginated history of all Google Ads conversion uploads and restatements, including request/response payloads and webhook transaction details.

Queue Management

Inspect and manage the retry queue for background tasks such as Google Ads restatement cooldowns. Reprocess stalled items or remove entries that are no longer needed.
